Happenings during the Week Against Racism, March 17-23, 2025

During the Week Against Racism, new information will be provided on Finnish methods of intervening against racism, based on a survey conducted by the Red Cross.

A new version of the Identify & Act navigator, aimed at schools, will be released. The navigator will remain available for schools even after the campaign. For primary and secondary schools, a morning assembly for the Week Against Racism will also be offered, with subtitles in Swedish and English. It will be available for schools throughout the spring of 2025.

On March 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, an online discussion on intervening against racism will be held on the Red Cross online meeting platform. You can access the online meeting platform here.

On March 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, an open webinar titled An Equal Finland for Children and Youth will be available to everyone. There will be speeches from organizations participating in the We Speak with Actions campaign, conducted by the Red Cross and the Prime Minister’s Office.
