Districts Annual Meeting 2025
We welcome all our members to the Helsinki and Uusimaa District (HUP) annual meeting in Espoo on Saturday, April 26, 2025!
HUP's annual meeting will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 10:30-12:45 in Otaniemi, Espoo, at Haukilahti Secondary School. Registration starts at 9:00. Four optional workshops are offered before the annual meeting.
At the district's annual meeting, the annual report and financial statements for the previous year, as well as the business plan and budget for this year, are discussed. At the same time, new members are elected to the district board to replace those who are about to resign, and awards are presented, such as Young Actor of the Year and Department of the Year.
In workshops before the annual meeting, participants have the opportunity to talk to other participants and delve into topics such as information management. Gift cards to the Red Cross web shop will be raffled among the workshop participants.
All registered participants are offered morning coffee and a delicious lunch.
